Waste ink deposits around the ink pad during printing; regular cleaning is essential.
Gently wipe off waste ink from the ink pad and clean the pump area.
Inject clean water onto the ink pad to help dissolve and clear residue.
Use a syringe to extract liquid from the ink pad via the waste ink tubes.
Recommended: Clean the waste ink pad and surrounding platform once a week.
Clean ink buildup from the printhead bottom with a swab every two weeks.
Attention: Do NOT touch the mirror area or clean the nozzle area directly.
Only clean the metal areas on both sides of the nozzle plate.
Wipe the raster strip (encoder) with dust-free cloth every two weeks.
Empty the waste ink bottle once a week to prevent overflow.
White ink precipitates easily; check for sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
Clean and stir the white ink bottle to remove sediment every 30 days.
Apply lubricant to the sliding rails every 30 days to ensure smooth carriage movement.
