The shelf life of opened ink is 3 months, and any unused ink should be discarded if not used within that time.

In the software, select the option to clean the print head to ensure smooth ink flow and remove any air or sedimentary impurities that may have formed in the ink path during inactivity.

In the software, select the option to print a test page to check the print head status.
