The waste ink pad error reset software is required to resolve this issue.

Contact after-sales support or technical staff to obtain the software.

Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your computer.

Double-click the software to perform the waste ink pad reset.

If blocked, disable Windows real-time protection temporarily.

Select your printer model from the menu.
